St. Patrick's Day Bowler Hats Materials: Heavy duty paper bowls Green paint Black construction paper Elastic craft string Directions: Paint the outside of the bowl green and allow to completely dry. Once dry, use a hole punch to make a hole on each side. Use a length of string to tie from one hole to another. This will make the chin strap to keep your hat on. Use construction paper to make a buckle and belt to decorate your hat.
