Items you will need:
Gum drops
Styrofoam ball
Toothpicks

What you will need to do:
First, break the toothpicks in half. Take a gum drop and stick the toothpick into it. Next, put the other end of the toothpick in the Styrofoam ball. Continue to fill the ball with gum drops.
