H - E - L - P (one jump for each letter)

H - High waters (rope doesn't touch the ground)

E - Eyes closed or Easy over (rope goes over slower than usual)

L - Leapfrog (jump like a frog/crouch down, then jump high)

P - Peppers (rope twirls quickly)

Players can continue to spell HELP over and over until they miss.

Apples on a stick,
Make me sick,
Make my stomach go two-forty-six!

She can wiggle, she can wobble, she can do the splits.

"January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December (jumper returns when their month is called)

Now fly away, fly away, fly away all (jumpers again exit the rope)

The Alphabet Jump

A- my name is Amy, my husband's name is Ash, we live in Alabama and we bring back Apples.

B- my name is Brenda, my husband's name is Brian, we live in Belgium and we bring back Bugs.

C- my name is Carrie, my husband's name is Carl, we live in Colorado and we bring back Crickets.

Continue through the entire alphabet until you get stumped. Your turn is done and someone takes your place.

Cinderella

Cinderella, dressed in yellow
Went upstairs to kiss a fellow
Made a mistake
And kissed a snake
How many doctors
Did it take?

Beginning at 1, count up until they miss. New jumper, go on to next verse.

10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and keep counting by tens until they miss. New jumper, go back to first verse.

Down in the Valley

How many kisses did he give her?
