Play Dough

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup salt
4 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Food coloring

Directions:
Cook over medium heat until soft, lumpy ball forms. It happens quickly!
Knead for a few minutes until dough is smooth.
Store in airtight container. Dough can be frozen and refrozen several times.
