Bread and Cereals

Breads and cereals start from seeds of grasses farmers grow;  They're all ground up and mixed with eggs and other flavors for dough.

The crust of pies and dinner rolls, and noodles of chicken soup, doughnuts, spaghetti, and Cream of Wheat are in the bread and cereals group.

ICE CREAM IN A BAG!!! The kids LOVE this.

What you will need on hand:

1 regular zip lock sandwich bag
1 larger zip lock bag
Salt (regular table salt is fine for this)
Milk
Sugar
Vanilla
Ice cubes (keep a bag of ice in a cooler)

Directions:

1. Take your smaller zip lock bag and add these ingredients:

1/2 cup of milk, 1 teaspoon sugar and a dash of vanilla (1/4 teaspoon) Seal the bag! Make sure that is it well sealed.

2. Fill your larger zip lock bag 1/2 full with ice cubes, add about
1/4 cup of salt or rock salt. Regular table salt works just as well.

3. Now for the BEST and most fun part!!

Place the zip lock bag with the ice cream mixture into the larger zip lock bag of ice and salt.

Now let those kids SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE...ok...you
get the idea!

After about 5 minutes, ice cream is ready to eat. YUMMY and fun for
all. You can also add in crushed Oreos, M&M's, Snickers...you name
it!! Have fun and ENJOY!!

*Children should always be supervised when preparing or cooking in the kitchen.
