1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
6 ice cubes
2 cups fresh or frozen berries. You can use strawberries,
blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or your favorite fruit.
