PB Granola Bars
Chewy Peanut Butter Granola Bars
2 1/2 cups low sugar cereal (I use generic Cheerios)
2 cups quick cook oatmeal
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
In large bowl, combine the cereal and rolled oats then set aside.
Measure out the peanut butter and vanilla into a small bowl and set
In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and maple syrup and
bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Pour over cereal mixture and mix until well coated. Press into an
ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Cool and allow to set until firm.
