Alternate for Styrofoam is to use construction paper worms.
Directions:
Make two holes approximately 3 inches apart in the center of the egg carton.
To form the handle, thread a cord through the holes and tie. Paint the box.
Inside include paper clips as the fish hooks and the Styrofoam pieces as the
worms.
