Gnarled Witches Fingers

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Pitted black olives, cut in half lengthwise
Shredded lettuce

Grease cookie sheet with oil, set aside. Carefully cut chicken breasts part way to create five "fingers" (the uncut part will be the palm of the hand).

Coat with flour, dip in egg, then coat in bread crumbs. Place on the cookie sheet. Repeat until all chicken breast are done.

Broil for about 5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Or bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

To complete the look, trim the tips of the fingers with the olive 'fingernails' and serve on lettuce.

*Children should always be supervised when preparing or cooking in the kitchen.
